                  Frézy jsou standardně dodávané ze skladu s povlakem TiAlN a postupně je nahrazován novým typem povlaku Hardcut™.

                  Hardcut TiSiN je navržen pro vysokorychlostní obrábění tvrdých materiálů pouze s nulovou či minimální přítomností maziva. Teplota břitu nástroje s tímto povlakem může dosahovat až 1100 °C. Charakteristický rysem povlaku Hardcut je jeho složení: vícevrstvý povlak s nano-kompozitní svrchní vrstvou obsahující nanokrystaly Si3N4 v krystalické TiN matrici. Tato matrice je určna k ochraně břitu před přenosem tepla, oxidací a abrazí.
