Can I shop here without registration?
Yes, it is possible to shop in the e-shop without registration, you fill in only delivery and billing address at the end of the purchase.

Is it possible to byu goods on an invoice (with deferred payment)?
The first two purchases must always be paid in cash (cash on delivery, advance invoice). If you are a self-employed person or a legal entity, further purchases can be covered by an invoice in agreement with a sales representative. The condition is the submission of a trade license or extract from the Commercial Register. Standard maturity of invoices is 14 days, the maturity can be extended up to 60 days.

Are you a drill manufacturer?
You often ask us whether we are really a drill manufacturer, as some e-shops boast that they are drill manufacturers and sell from a "garage". Yes, we are really a manufacturer of ground drills and some other tools. We have a factory in Ždánice, where we also have a central warehouse with a total value of more than 650 million CZK excluding VAT (25 million EUR), our company has more than 50 employees. In our factory, we mainly use German and American machines for producing drills. We put great emphasis on the input and output control of our products and materials. All our products carry a TK label so that we can find out who inspected the goods and can trace all the necessary data about the product by batch. A video from our factory is here. Is shipping free?
You often ask when you don’t pay for shipping in our e-shop. If you order more than 1000 CZK, you do not pay for shipping. You can also pick up all orders for free at one of our four retail stores.

Do you have a retail store?
Yes, we have four retail stores in Bučovice, Pilsen, Lanškroun, and Dobruška. Come visit us and even if you don't buy anything, you can get a delicious coffee ;-)

Is it possible to pay by card?
You can pay by card at all our retail stores, as well as at our e-shop. Payment by card, invoice, advance invoice, and cash in retail stores is free. Only payment on delivery from our e-shop is subject to a fee. You can find out more in our payment and delivery terms here.

Do you have spare parts and service for 4CZech hand tools?
Yes, we have both spare parts and warranty and post-warranty service for our 4CZech products and provide them in our factory in Ždánice.

Is it possible to order measuring tools calibration from you?
Yes, we are able to provide you measuring tool calibration for both measuring tools purchased from us and also other tools. Contact our sales department here.

Is the drill bit sharpening grinder of good quality?
There are many questions about the quality and price of our BV13 drill bit grinder. It must be said without any hesitation that our BV13 drill bit grinder is the best on the market in its price category. We dare to say this from the perspective of a drill bit manufacturer and the resulting quality of the reground drill bit. Our BV13 grinder is completely assembled in the Czech Republic. Each grinder is inspected and at least one drill bit is sharpened on each grinder to ensure that you receive a 100% adjusted product. Unlike all competitors, we will personally deliver the grinder to your home or business and teach you how to sharpen on it!
