Diamond hole saws for angle grinders

Diamond hole saws for angle grinders
How to drill with a diamond hole saw? Which one to use for very hard materials? Is it necessary to use cooling?

Diamond hole saws are rotating hollow cylindrical bodies that, by moving in the material, grind the desired hole (the outer diameter of the core bit) and the core (the inner diameter of the core bit). Especially when drilling larger diameters, they have one advantage over solid drills, which must drill all the material out of the hole. It is enough to round off (grind) the circumference of the future hole. This also separates the waste core - core drilling is faster and more economical.

Diamond hole saws (also core drill bits, diamond core drills) are special diamond tools designed for drilling in various materials using power tools and machines. Their design, production technology and type of clamping vary depending on the application. Diamond hole saws consist of a body and a working part that contains diamond grains. The working part is designed either separately as a so-called diamond segment or as a layer of diamond grains applied directly to the body of the drill bit.

We described how to drill into tiles correctly in our article. Below we will focus on bits that are designed for angle grinders and do not require water cooling.

The split sintered hollow hole saw from NÁSTROJE CZ, s.r.o. is specially designed for drilling very hard tiles such as Gress, ceramics, granite, marble, stone tiles, earthenware, glazed ceramics, basalt tiles (EUTIT), cabrince tiles, sandstone and fiberglass. Sintering, or sintering, sintering or sintering, is a method of producing objects from powder materials by heating them to a high temperature, but below their melting point, during which the powder particles fuse together. This process takes place in a vacuum furnace. Hole saws drill with a very fast and clean cut without major damage to the surface of the material. An excellent helper for tilers, electricians and plumbers. Drilling without a centering tip (start drilling at an angle of about 45° and gradually position the crown to the final position). Drilling speed up to 12,000 rpm. Designed for dry drilling - the hole does not need to be cooled with water. The clamping is with an M14x2 thread for angle grinders, a drill is not used.

Our offer includes hole saws from a diameter of 6.00mm to a diameter of 83.00mm.
