During the MSV Brno trade fair, our drills with patented geometry CZ002 and CZ004 were tested together with taps for steel CZZ1500 and CZZ2050 and stainless steel CZZ1660HQ and CZZ2260 on a CNC machine by CNC-INAXES s.r.o., which was so kind as to lend us this top-notch machine.

Drilling, countersinking and threading
machined material: steel (ČSN 12050)
used drill: CZ002
used taps: for through hole CZZ1500 and blind hole CZZ2050
The test was carried out on a CNC 5-axis machining center KAFO KFO-620-5AX from CNC INAXES s.r.o.
No cooling emulsion was used, the tools were only coated with Cimtap paste.
The hole was drilled with a CZ002 drill, countersinking, and threading into the through hole with a CZZ1500 tap and into the blind hole with a CZZ2050 tap. You can see the result in the video here:
