Universal drill bits "ALLROUND" are drill bits designed for a wide range of applications and materials.
Main advantages:
1) it is excellent for drilling especially hard materials, such as hardened steel (even over 50 HRC), hard sintered tiles and normal tiles, but it also successfully drills bricks, concrete, glass, ceramics, metal parts, wood and other materials
2) practically all types of drills can be used for drilling, including cordless drills
3) the drill usually succeeds where it is difficult to drill a hole in another way
4) the plate is soldered with a solder, which has a melting point of 1100 degrees Celsius, so it can withstand quite a lot of heat when drilling difficult-to-machine materials
5) Special negatively ground insert stabilizes the drill, no more "drift" at the beginning of the drilling
6) Robust carbide tip for permanently sharp drilling, the drill is impact resistant
7) Stable chrome vanadium shank
We offer these drills as standard in sizes 3-12 mm in a black finish. Larger sizes 14-20 mm are also available. You can also order the drills in 5-piece and 7-piece sets.
Note:
If you are drilling hardened steel, use a drill press with at least 2000 rpm. You will achieve the best results at 2500 - 3000 rpm. When drilling, use a so-called "pumping" action, i.e. pull the drill out after a few seconds to get the chips out. If the material is at least 5 mm thick, 3 - 4 pumping strokes will be sufficient.
DRILLS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR STAINLESS STEEL AND SOFT STEEL!
